1. Description of Service

WebCraft Studio ("we", "the Service") is an AI-powered website code generation platform. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

Account creation and authentication is handled by Clerk. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

3. Credit System

WebCraft Studio uses a prepaid credit system. Credits must be purchased before using the generation feature. The following terms apply to all credits:

• Credits are prepaid and billed through Polar.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
• Used credits are generally non-refundable. If a generation fails due to a system error, credits will be automatically returned to your account.
• We reserve the right to change credit pricing at any time. Previously purchased credits retain their face value.
• Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations will forfeit remaining credits.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Polar through an embedded checkout flow and are subject to the Polar Terms. WebCraft Studio does not store your credit card or payment account information. Credits are applied only after Polar confirms payment to our server, which typically takes 1 to 3 minutes.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in account suspension until the dispute is resolved.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive content (e.g., scam sites, phishing pages)
• Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Adult, explicit, or age-restricted content
• Content promoting violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Unauthorized impersonation of brands, public figures, or institutions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without prior notice or refund.

6. AI-Generated Output

Code generated by this Service is produced by Claude (Anthropic's AI model) based on your prompt and parameters. The following terms apply to all generated output:

• You own the generated output and may use it for any lawful commercial or personal purpose.
• WebCraft Studio makes no claim to any rights over code generated on your behalf.
• AI-generated output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete implementations. You are responsible for reviewing output before deploying to production.
• We make no warranties regarding the quality, correctness, or fitness of any generated output.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, interface designs, and original content of WebCraft Studio are owned by us and protected by applicable law. The skill system, prompt engineering, and generation workflows are our proprietary technology. Generated output code belongs to you; everything else belongs to us.

8. Service Availability

We provide this Service on a best-effort basis and make no guarantees of uninterrupted availability or specific response times. Scheduled maintenance, upstream API outages (such as Anthropic), or infrastructure issues may temporarily affect the Service. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WebCraft Studio and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption) arising from use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date on this page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Taiwan.
